Purpose and Independence

This is a private reference website. It is not part of a sheriff’s office, court, correctional agency, county department, or federal office. The site does not store official government records and cannot confirm a person’s custody status, order a release, change a record, file a court document, or speak for an agency.

Content points visitors toward Levy County and Florida government resources, including the Sheriff’s detention and records channels, court-record offices, state correctional searches, and federal locators. Some pages also connect visitors with outside research tools. Any official determination must come from the office that created or maintains the record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Limits of Liability
